Legacy West, located in Plano, Texas at the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway & Highway 121, is Insight Association Management’s most recent venture.

Republic Property Group purchased a 12-acre tract within Legacy West and is partnering with Britton Homes, to develop and build 127 custom homes, to be an urban-style home community. The development, which will be known as The Villas at Legacy West, will feature one, two, and three-story detached single-family villas ranging from 1,900-3,600 square feet with prices starting in the $500s.

Legacy West is a $2 billion, 255-acre mixed-used development (including retail, dining, residential, hotel and office spaces) and the latest expansion of the award-winning 2,600-acre Legacy Business Park, home to Fortune 1000 companies such as Toyota, Liberty Mutual and newly announced JP Morgan Chase. Plano’s booming Legacy West development is already the largest construction project in North Texas.
